Optimising Your Blog For Search Engines

Optimizing your blog for search engines

Competition is fierce online, and the top places on the search result pages are the most hunted for; therefore, any blog owner who tries to make money on the Internet needs to use a whole strategy to attract the best visitors and the highest traffic. The working principle for the blog optimization for search engines is  the keyword. When you start the race for SEO (search engine optimization), you already have an advantage: blogs are usually the ones to receive more traffic then other complex sites due to their highly informational content. By keywords we mean those sentences or structures that a user types in the search box of an engine.

Blogs mainly rely on articles that are regularly updated and re-freshened, so that they have something new to offer all the time. Before you write the blog content, you’ll need to make a list with all the keywords related to your domain and which are most likely to be typed in the search box by Internet users. A brain-storming session is ideal to find the best structures you need to include in the articles; keep in mind that there are some rules you may have to follow here as well.

For instance, choosing some very general keywords is not the best way to promote a business via a blog given the fact that though you may receive a high traffic, the profit could remain modest. The explanation is very simple here: too broad terms attract all sorts of users, even those that are not interested in purchasing something. SEO experts use all sorts of parameters to check the profitability of a blog, and one of them deals precisely with the number of relevant users the web-page gets.

Once you manage to get the most high-in-demand keywords, you’ll still have to do a lot of work in order to keep the blog position high in traffic. The status of keywords may change from one day to the other, given the intense competition that characterizes the Internet in general; consequently, every time you update or change the site content, you need to perform a keyword analysis beforehand and see where they stand in rankings. Last but not least, there is one thing that remains the golden rule of search engine optimization: quality informational content, that should be the essence of any successful blog!

Franchise Alternatives – What Are They?

Franchise Alternatives – What Are They?
By Peter Shuker

Let us consider for a minute, that you have decided to begin a new venture. And the only real possibility of you being able to do that, on a limited budget is to begin down the internet marketing path, or take up with 1 of the many franchises available.

If we were to look at a franchise for example, you would be looking to invest a minimum of $100K, just to get your foot in the door. Does that surprise you?

Sure, you can get cheaper franchises but what you are really doing is swapping 1 day job for another.

There was some research carried out in 2007 and it claimed that 40% of franchisees are earning less than the minimum wage and are working a lot harder for it too, what for, for the privilege of saying you are self employed.

After your initial outlay, you will be expected in most cases, to undergo a training program, a condition of acceptance to their program, so with all that in mind, which business would be more suited to you, as an independent person, starting a new business venture, you guessed it “Internet marketing“.

Now don’t get me wrong here there are literally 1000’s of business opportunities on the net, and many will be all too eager to take your money and run, or claim that you can earn a £million within weeks or months of starting. Let me tell you something, they don’t exist.

In most franchise or small businesses, the following adage is true, “You Get What You Pay For”, if you where to invest a $100K in a business, the chances are, you most likely be embarking down a new career path, that would mean a necessity to give up your current day job.

That is where YourNetBiz is different, from both the point of view of training and giving up your day job.

The training is supplied primarily by the person who sponsored you into the business, as he or she also has an investment in you, and yours.

That is where the Jeremiah2911 team are different, there are literally 100’s of members all with different skill levels, who are contactable 24hrs per day, time zone dependent, to answer your questions and help you, across hurdles you will come across on your journey. If you are interested in a franchise alternative. Secondly, If you are already involved in internet marketing and have a desire to build an email list, then sign up for my FREE ezine.

Yournetbiz, Formally Myinternetbusiness

Yournetbiz, Formally Myinternetbusiness
By Peter Shuker

Yournetbiz was launched on April 2nd 2009, but this was actually a re-brand from what it was previously known as myinternetbusiness.

Yournetbiz is a full on business opportunity which will give you the tools you need to earn a substantial income from the comfort of your own home.

How you might ask does it do that, well, where shall we begin, at the beginning I suppose.

First and foremost it is a system that you can plug into, to benefit from the experience of those that have gone before. Do as they do and you will have what they have!

What makes this particular home business opportunity successful is the support that you will receive from the person or team that sponsored you, in the first instance.

Stop!

This is not a pyramid scheme or some MLM system, it does not rely, and you should not rely on levels of people you happen to have introduced into your business, below you to earn you money. What this system does is reward you, for sponsoring and supporting, your team members and they will need your help particularly at the beginning, whilst all the setting up takes place, after it has been set up, it will run on almost auto-pilot.

You may be forgiven for thinking, auto-pilot, that is impossible, well it is not.

What makes yournetbiz different is that the company uses what they call pba’s, (personal business assistants), these highly trained team of individuals will take your prospects from your capture pages and make a personal call to them, at a convenient time, to discuss, any questions they might have about this remarkable business opportunity, the pba will continue to keep in contact with your prospect until, they either become part of your team or they decide, the business isn’t for them.

So when you begin building your business the stresses and strains that challenge some people, which is talking on the telephone, is taken away from you, but only if you choose, you can of course make those calls yourself. That is part of what sets YNB apart from other programs,

What do you get

· A massive informational and software library (all niches) running into 1000’s all with either MSR or PLR rights.

· Un-matched coaching and training products. (Live and Recorded)

· A private vacation club.

If anything that I have said interests you in any way

Common PPC Mistakes

Common PPC Mistakes – How Costly Could This Be?
By Peter Shuker

When you enter internet marketing for the first time, as a newbie, the mis-information you have most likely received, is that Google AdWords is the most fruitful, and they would be right, if you know what you are doing, and if you don’t, it could be very costly to you.

What I will try and do is to point out, the most common PPC mistakes (pay per click) that most people make, when starting a new AdWords campaign. These are tailored to beginners but intermediate marketers might find them useful also.

Common PPC Mistakes #1 – Using Content Network

When you start a campaign you MUST always disable the content network tab, you do not want to receive traffic from these sites that contain AdSense ads as these are often riddled with click fraud and irrelevant or un-targeted traffic. You should only attempt content if you are an expert in PPC advertising. Google will assume you wish to use this option as a default, so be careful.

Common PPC Mistakes #2 – To Many Keywords Per Adgroup

You need to limit the amount of keywords per adgroup, again as a newbie you will be probably keen to get on with your first campaign, to do this you will have probably obtained a keyword list from either descriptive words option or website content option in Googles keyword tool (FREE) and then added all the returned results to your adgroup, this could run into 100’s of keywords. You should aim to have between 5 and 20 keywords per adgroup, 15 – 60 if you are using all broad, phrase and exact match types.

Having more than 20 can negatively affect your quality score and therefore you CPC (cost per click) and your ad position.

Common PPC Mistakes #3 – Keyword Grouping

When you insert your keywords, into your adgroup, you MUST have at least one common keyword or phrase common in all, you will also want to use your chosen keyword in your ad title and description as often as you can.

Example

Adgroup name – internet marketing

Common keyword – internet marketing

keywords – internet marketing resource.

Ad – Internet Marketing Guide Learn How To Earn A Fortune Top Internet Marketing Guide ReviewYoursite.com/InternetMarketing

You can see from the example above that the common keyword has been used in the ad, all the keywords use the common term Internet Marketing. This is how to set up an adgroup properly.

There are many more common PPC mistakes made by internet marketers, each and every day, take a look below.

Discover the complete system that will show you how to earn whilst you learn, with a real 1-1 mentoring system from your sponsor, whenever you require it Take a look Now! Or you might regret your decision for a lifetime.

Yournetbiz – Why Does it Work So Well?
By Peter Shuker

What is YourNetBiz?

Essentially YourNetBiz, formally myinternetbusiness is a home business opportunity , which enables “You” to become part of a team that has one intention and that is to show you the methods and techniques required of you t0o begin earning money from your very own home business.

There are many different things to consider when joining a company like YourNetBiz.

This article will step through them 1 by 1, giving you time to consider the importance of each of them.

1.The first and probably the most important from a legal point of view is that YourNetBiz is a legitimate with a complete array of product made available to associate members to promote, all come with either MSR (master sales rights) or PLR (private label rights). MSR means when you sell a product, you receive 100% of the monies generated, PLR simply means you can brand that particular product with your name and details, making “You” the author if you choose, and of course you again will receive 100% of the profits. There are products in every possible niche you can think of, the number of products available runs into the 1000’s.

2.There are 4 main product packages available ranging from Platinum to Bronze, each with its own package of benefits, the system was setup like this to cater for all budgets.

Training

As well as the informational products that you own, there is also approximately 700 training video available to take you through all the steps required of you to enable you to earn a more than comfortable living from internet marketing.

In addition there is a private travel club, made available to anyone who participates at Platinum level and travel vouchers for the levels below.

The company is about to launch a new sector based on travel, which is going to give associates the ability to operate as a travel club owner. This is due for launch in the 4th qtr of 2009.

In Summary

If you are looking for ways to earn money from internet marketing, then Yournetbiz is the complete package, supplying you with.

1.Products to sell and promote with MSR and PLR rights.

2.Training videos to show you the methods you should use, to enable effective marketing of said products

3. Marketing advice from the weekly webinars the company holds, with recognized experts in all the latest methods, social networking, blogging, free ads etc…

4. Finally, is what I believe is the difference between success and failure, even with a system such as this, and that is the sponsor and the team that you decide to go with.

If anything I have discussed in this article is of any remote interest to you, then.
